What happened in Sherwood
CCS answered this water emergency in Sherwood on April 4, 2024, and documented it with 167 photos. The photos here are from April 8.
The water affected a lower level with painted green and white walls. The carpet had been removed in the main rooms, leaving the concrete slab with tack strip lines and stains along the walls. A crew member set a moisture meter at the bottom of each wall, room by room, and air movers were running along the floor.
The readings continued into a half bath with a checkered vinyl floor, where the meter was placed behind the toilet, along the wall and next to the pedestal sink while an air mover and a dehumidifier ran in the doorway. Four days into a water job, these readings show which walls have dried and which still need equipment.
