We had a great experience with CCS. Very professional. Mike responded to our inquiry very quickly and was able to come give us a thorough inspection that day. Mike was very knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions and concerns which gave me the peace of mind I needed. We found the quote to be very reasonable. Definitely a great company to work with.

We recently had our roof done and I wanted a second pair of eyes to ensure no mold was present due to having leaks for some time. Mike Wotruba showed up thankfully after roofing rescheduled twice and he was so accommodating. Super helpful with questions and went above and beyond for me. I reached out to Jamie when my tenant informed me there was a backup in the drain in the basement. It was not a healthy situation and I knew it had to be taken care of quickly. I was very concerned because I knew the situation needed to be handled professionally and thoroughly but I also was extremely worried about the cost. When I reached Jamie he was very much a calm in the storm and I knew I had found the right person for the job. He talked me through everything and assured me that the job would be taken care of quickly and within budget. His crew was out there first thing the next morning and had the entire mess cleaned in under 2 hours! Everything was cleaned and disinfected thoroughly. My tenants were absolutely thrilled with the professionalism, kindness and understanding of the crew. Jamie was completely honest with me, his services were extremely reasonable versus anyone else and his main concern was making sure my property was a safe place for the young family to be living in. It is very obvious that Jamie's focus is to take care of the customer with complete satisfaction. He takes such great pride in helping others and it is very apparent that he loves what he does. I can't say enough good things about CCS! From the initial cleanup nearly a year ago to the repairs they recently completed, the entire experience was outstanding. The crew was incredibly fast and efficient once they actually started—working all day Monday and finishing up by Tuesday. However, the scheduling and communication leading up to it were very poor, which is why I cannot give a 5-star review. They were supposed to start at 7:30 AM on Friday. By 8:30 AM, no one had arrived, so I messaged them. I was told, 'hmm give me a minute,' but then heard nothing for hours. After calling around noon, I was finally told their truck broke down. While a breakdown is understandable, the lack of updates afterward was not. I heard nothing the rest of the day and had to text them myself at 9:00 PM, only to be told the job was being pushed to Sunday. On Sunday, a worker showed up to ask what color shingles we wanted, only to mention they had already gone out and bought white ones—a color we never approved. They had to return them and get a different color, pushing the actual start date to Monday. Overall, their actual workmanship and speed were excellent, but their communication and logistics definitely need major improvement. Also- we had gotten 3 other places to come and give us a quote, and they are very reasonable. We even had mold taken out of our attic.

Writing this for my mom who lives in Denmark, WI. “On Tuesday, April 14 my husband and I baled out our flooded basement for 3 hours carrying 5 gallon pails up the basement steps. I looked up Water Damage Restoration and called CCS Property Service LLC. My husband said I wouldn’t get anyone at 3:00 AM in the morning. But Mike answered the phone and my questions. He called back every day to check on us and if we needed anything. Someone who actually cared. If you need help with your water restoration I suggest you call Mike!”

My husband and I noticed mold on a couple of different spots on a baseboard and outlet plugs that were below some windows. We remembered having a great experience from a few years back with Mike Wotruba at CCS about an issue we had going on in our basement, so we gave him a call right away. Mike responded to us extremely quickly and was at our house the next day to check things out. He immediately eased our mind about what was going on and gave us recommendations on how to resolve our issue. Highly, highly recommend. We have found Mike and CCS to have excellent customer service, communication and ethics.

Mike is amazing. From the start of talking with him he was more than happy to answer all of my questions. I had a lot. This company looks out for the homeowner. A rare find. They changed me nothing. Nothing. To assess water damage I incurred from a recent plumbing leak. Mike drove down to Two Rivers which is a good 45 min drive from where they are located and charged me nothing. A closer place quoted me at $1300 for a four day dry out process. These are now my go to people. I will be referring anyone who asks that this is definitely a five star company. I can't say enough good things.

Jamie has been an absolute lifesaver. I came back from vacation to a flooded basement on a Sunday night and had people over extracting the water within an hour. Had a mold audit done by IAQ Diagnostics and they gave us a report with steps for remediation. Contacted Jamie and he told me to send him the report and he would call to schedule an appointment after reviewing it. Never heard anything so I reached out again and left a voicemail about coordinating a time, and he never followed up. Not impressed. (Jamie your response is a little misleading. I did call your number and left a voicemail and never heard back. I also followed up with you via email.)

I had, what I consider, to be a decent mold problem in my basement. I was unsure of who I should call, so I decided to read the reviews posted by other people that used CCS Property Services to see if they would be a good fit. Based on the glowing reviews, I decided to give them a call and I'm glad I did! Jamie and his team were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were very professional, fast, and very knowledgeable about their field. Jamie offered his knowledge and provided me with a DIY approach first, to which I appreciated, however, I did not feel comfortable handling that project myself so I hired his service to manage my mold situation. Jamie was quick to respond to and answer any and all questions that I had. Within a matter of a few days, the appointments were booked and completed. Jamie even followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the services. The service rates were reasonable and the value that I received from them were, to me, above and beyond. He even called to follow up with me on preventative measure to keep my basement safe for the future. I cannot thank Jamie and his team enough! I will definitely use their services again if I have any future problems!

CCS Property Services has been hands down the best company we’ve ever worked with in relation to our house, and certainly the most important. We called when we had a pipe leak in our home, noticing that we had a soggy wall. A team was out within 24 hours, carefully assessed the situation and properly found/mitigated mold, dried everything out, and replaced the pipe within a few days. Jamie coordinated all of the moving pieces that needed to take place for the build-back process (drywall, subfloor, flooring/trim). Everything was done in a timely manner, and everyone was professional, friendly, and cleaned up. Jamie also navigated us through insurance processes, and his years of experience of knowing the ins-and-outs made it an absolute success. Jamie has been doing this for over 30 years and made sure we felt taken care of and walked through each step of the process. He made himself available via phone call or text at any time. Though having water damage in your home is stressful and never comes at a ‘convenient’ time, we’ll look back on this as a success because of Jamie’s transparency in communication, efficiency, and support.

It saddens me to imagine anyone going through an insurance claim without Jamie on their side. My partner and I had a horrible water damage loss in our home from a sewer back up just months after we purchased it. This being my first home, I went through the motions with the insurance company, and was paid out less than a quarter of what the cost to fix it was. On top of that, the company that the insurance company sent to mitigate the damage, left contaminated materials in our home where our children live and play. Everything finally changed when I reached out to CCS LLC. We were quickly informed that things weren’t done correctly. Jamie then sent people to correctly mitigate the damage and fought tirelessly for months to get us the correct amount needed to properly fix our home. I had no clue how horribly insurance companies would try to take advantage of people, and assumed we would just be stuck taking out a loan to pay the difference necessary for the damage in our home. He is better than getting an attorney. Seriously. That was what we considered but are much happier to have come across Jamie instead. Once we had him in our corner he handled all communications until we were finally paid out and our home was fixed. If you need anything done to your home or are going through a claim with insurance I urge you to contact CCS LLC. Without them who knows what situation we would be in. We had a great experience with Jamie and his crew. They were always professional and flexible. After purchasing a home that needed mold intervention, Jamie came by to inspect at not cost. We provided our concerns and he gave us some feedback. When giving us an estimate, he considered the fact that we had just moved across the country and gave us an affordable treatment. They even came back to do a second round to our basement after we found some more paint bubbling. They provided us with great service, great counsel, and even provided us with some of their biocide to use whenever needed.

CCS was amazing to work with. Our dishwasher broke and leaked into the ceiling and walls of our newly remodeled basement. We got fans on it right away to dry out as best we could. We wanted to know if there was any mold or permanent water damage. We called CCS to check things out and they came over next day. CCS showed up, took water readings of the ceiling and walls using non-invasive methods, and took a peek in the ceiling to look for any visible mold. Upon inspection he stated he didn't see any mold and didn't think we had any remediation that was needed. He didn't try to upsell us and answered all of our questions... FREE of charge. You can bet the next time I am looking for similar services CCS is the first and only place I'll be calling.

We recently used CCS Property to help with mold challenges in a relatives basement. The bathroom had a leak which led to mold in the basement. We had great service from the review/estimate of the problem at no charge. We had great and friendly service from the team that tackled the mold. After the mold issue was resolved the room was left super clean!!!! The fee was reasonable when we shopped for these services. Great service at cost effective pricing!! Jamie was very responsive whenever I called for an update on the status of our project! We used his company after our bathroom sink flooded our bathroom. He was able to dry us out with dehumidifiers and fans and recommended a flooring company to come redo that part of it. He worked with our insurance to get the project paid for which was a huge help since we had never gone through something like that before. This company is a great option if you're looking for someone to take you from beginning to end of a project!

On August 27th, 2021, we were hit with rain going sideways and we realized the next night at 9 pm that our basement was flooded. We called around and all the restoration companies were booked out due to the storm until Tuesday. We recently had a flood at our house. We called Jamie up and he was able to come out quickly with fans and a crew. We ended up having to scrap the whole kitchen after water ran for hours. He did all the back and forth with the insurance company for us. He was able to get the insurance company to cover the full cost of the repair, which included floors and cabinets. He contracted with local companies that provided quality work (Becks Quality Cabinets and Koehler Flooring). We could not be happier.

CCS Property Services is truly an amazing company to work with. I was shocked to find a small flood in a commercial property I own on a Sunday morning. From the moment Jamie (the owner) and his crew showed up, I knew I had made an incredibly lucky choice in selecting them to handle the issue. The mess was cleaned up quickly and drying equipment put in place within 3 hours of my initial call! I was extremely pleased with the results! Found CCS on Angies list. Received a call quickly and even on a weekend :). Jamie came over soon after and evaluated the situation. He explained possible approaches to treat a problem of musty smell in a bedroom. He employee then came the following day, sprayed and fogged the room. Very professional and thorough. Jamie called several days later to check and see if the smell was gone. He also came up with a plan if this step did not work. Made me feel comfortable to reach out to him if the future.

Very professional and incredibly quick/responsive to come and take a look at a room we were concerned about regarding possible mold. CCS came and cleared up the mold on our box sills. Job was quick, thorough, and left no traces of any mold. Would have no problem recommending these guys or using them in the future.

We had to use them for the sale of our house, per the sale, the box sills needed to be cleaned, sprayed and then new insulation put back up. They were very easy to work with and flexible for scheduling especially because of the time sensitivity. Would defiantly recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Jason and Chris came and did a demo and mold bio wash in our basement. They worked really hard, were very courteous, and did a very thorough job. The clean up went well, and we were very satisfied. CCS fixed the mold issues in my crawlspace after this wet summer in Wisconsin. They do excellent work, and are very professional, punctual, and courteous. Mike and his team go above and beyond in customer service. I highly recommend them for any work that you may need! Update - In addition, I had issues with a brand new commercial grade dehumidifier I had purchased, and had to send it back for repair. Mike went out of his way to let me borrow one of his dehumidifiers to keep my crawlspace dry while mine was being repaired. Excellent customer service!!

CCS responded quickly to our inquiry on HomeAdvisor and provided us with a reasonable estimate. Had to wait until roofing contractor could fit us in (schedule and weather delays) but CCS kept in touch and came and completed their work shortly after roofer was done.

Before selling my house I had a black film on my basement walls, which I thought was mold. CCS Property Services came out to my residence within one day of me calling them and treated the area. It turned out not to be mold, rather just a stained wall where the old coal shoot used to be. The owner, Jamie Tomcheck called me personally to ask how the services were. I would recommend this company and would call them again if need be.

My wife and I really appreciated their help so we hired them to do a couple of additional tasks, including gutter cleaning and mold prevention. We used CCS recently after experiencing basement flooding at our house. After calling several other providers and being told it would be several days before they could help, we called CCS. They were at our house in about an hour and worked with us to remove carpet and set up fans and dehumidifiers. They worked around our schedule and didn't charge us extra when their equipment stayed in our house extra days while we were out of town. Their quick assistance helped limit the damage to our basement.

Jamie and his staff are fantastic to work with. Unfortunately for us, we have had to use their services twice in the last year and both times they exceeded expectations. The most recent experience involved a sump pump that died and led to a flooded basement over 4th of July weekend. Jamie was able to coordinate getting the sump pump replaced on the same day we called and started the drying out process. Besides just being nice people, they are professional and do fantastic work. CCS Property Services helped us with an odor problem at our house. We always had a stale smell from our basement. We spoke with the owner of CCS who shared with us a new product that they have been working with for odor elimination and sanitization. We decided to try it and it worked wonderfully. The house now smells fresh without the bad odor. If you have a home or vehicle that holds an odor I would suggest giving CCS a call. Their employees and owner have been wonderful to work with.

After listening to 5 mold remediation sales people and comparing all my notes & pricing, hands down I chose to go with Mike from CCS to treat my attic mold that was discovered during my home inspection. Mike spent the most time answering all my questions without getting annoyed with me. He knew my daughter & grandchildren would be moving in soon and I wanted to be assured the mold would be taken care of. The work was done 3 business days later and I am relieved to see the mold is all gone. With Mike's suggestions, we now have a better air flow system up there to avoid this situation going forward! CCS Property Services was recommended to me by a friend. After discovering some mold during a rebuilding project our General Contractor didn’t know how to deal with it. After having mold damage in our basement from water, they came out for a free estimate. I called CCS Property Services about a mold problem that I was concerned about. They quickly arranged to send their guy out who inspected the areas I was worried about. He thoroughly checked things out, took pictures and assured me that what I had was a very minor problem that I could take care of myself if I wanted to which would save me money. Imagine that!
