What happened in Oshkosh
This Oshkosh job dealt with water in the lower level of a home in September 2023. The basement photos show the concrete floor after the finished flooring was pulled up, with the dark staining and residue the water left behind, and the bottom of the walls opened along one side.
CCS removed the wet flooring and the damaged wall material, cleaned the concrete and dried the space so the floor and framing could be checked before anything was put back. The other photos document the rest of the home, including the kitchen, bedrooms and living areas, which stayed in good shape.
Documenting the undamaged rooms matters as much as the damaged ones when there's a claim or a sale involved, because it shows exactly how far the water went.
