What happened in Oshkosh
CCS inspected this Oshkosh home on July 27 and August 5, 2026, and documented the visits with 64 photos. The owner received a written bid for the work.
Inside, the crew took moisture readings across the wood-look plank flooring, including the floor around the toilet in the bathroom and the kitchen floor near a doorway. Outside, they photographed an exterior door where the threshold and the bottom of the door frame showed weathering and damage, along with the siding and trim around it.
A damaged door threshold is a common way for water to get under flooring without anyone noticing until the floor starts to lift or soften.
