What happened in Neenah

CCS responded to this commercial water loss at a warehouse in Neenah. The project was opened on August 12, 2025, and has 131 photos. The set here is from August 18.

The building has a large concrete floor marked with yellow and blue safety lines, with pallets of stacked product along the aisles and racking down the length of the space. A crew member worked through the aisles with a pump sprayer and wand, treating the concrete floor, the base of the walls and the guard rails where the water had run.

The photos follow the treatment aisle by aisle, along the walls behind the racking and into the loading and work areas near the doors. In a warehouse, water that spreads under pallets and along wall bases can leave residue and odor behind, so treating the floor after the water is removed is part of getting the space back to normal operation.

Work performed

  • Commercial water emergency response
  • Floor treatment with a pump sprayer
  • Wall bases and guard rails treated
  • Aisles and work areas covered

Water damage questions, answered

Does CCS Property Services do water damage in Neenah?

Yes. This project was in Neenah, WI 54956, and our crews work throughout Neenah and the surrounding area. Our Green Bay office is about 28 miles away. This is one of 2 water damage projects we've published from Neenah. Phones are answered 24/7 for emergencies.

What should I do in the first hour after a water leak?

Shut off the water at the main valve if you can, and turn off power to any wet area if it's safe to reach the panel. Move valuables and furniture off wet floors, take photos for insurance, and call a restoration company. Don't use a household vacuum on standing water.

How fast can CCS get to my home?

Phones are answered 24/7. In most cases we can have a crew on site within about an hour of your call for active water emergencies in the Green Bay area.

Does homeowners insurance cover water damage in Wisconsin?

Most policies cover sudden and accidental water damage, like a burst pipe or an appliance failure. Damage from long-term leaks or neglect usually isn't covered, and flooding from surface water typically needs separate flood coverage. Sump pump backup is often an add-on endorsement. We document the loss and work directly with your adjuster.

How long does it take to dry out a flooded basement?

Most structures dry in three to five days with professional equipment, depending on how much water there was, what materials got wet and the weather. We check moisture readings daily and only pull equipment when readings confirm it's dry.

Will I get mold after water damage?

Mold can start growing within 24 to 48 hours on wet drywall, wood and carpet. Fast extraction and drying is what prevents it, which is why we treat water damage as an emergency.

Do you handle the repairs too?

Yes. We dry out the structure and then rebuild what was removed, so you deal with one company from the first call to the finished room.
