What happened in Suamico
CCS answered this water emergency in Suamico on September 24, 2025, and documented it with 133 photos. The photos here are from October 10.
The water reached a finished basement with a wet bar. The lower cabinets had been pulled away from the wall and set out on the floor, the flooring was up, and the drywall behind the cabinets was cut out low, exposing the studs and the backsplash wall above. Old adhesive and stains marked the bare concrete.
In the utility room the crew photographed the water softener tanks, the furnace, the water heater and the sump pit with its piping, and took moisture readings on the floor and a thermo-hygrometer reading of the room air. Utility rooms hold most of the equipment that can leak in a basement, so they are checked closely on any water loss.
