What happened in Kaukauna
CCS opened this water emergency in Kaukauna on March 30, 2025, and documented it with 158 photos. The photos here are from May 1 and May 20.
On May 1 the flooring was already up and the concrete was bare. A crew member walked the perimeter of each room with a moisture meter, pressing it against the bottom of the wall where the drywall meets the floor. The old tack strip line was still visible along the walls, and blue air movers were running next to the readings.
Checking the base of every wall like this shows how far the water wicked up into the drywall and whether drying is finished. By May 20 the photos show a storage room with built-in shelving, near the end of the job.
