What happened in Mather Heights

CCS opened this water damage and build-back job in the Mather Heights area of Green Bay on March 30, 2025, and logged 165 photos. One photo here is from April 8 and the rest are from June 30.

The floor covering had been taken up in the hallway and several rooms, leaving the subfloor with patches of old adhesive and residue. The baseboards were still on and the walls were intact. A dehumidifier was running in the hall. The crew photographed each room from the doorway and then the corners, where water tends to sit longest, including a small bathroom where the vinyl floor was still down around the toilet.

Pulling the flooring lets the subfloor dry and shows how far the water spread from room to room. With the floors bare, the house was ready for new flooring as part of the build-back.
