What happened in Hobart
This Hobart home had water spread across most of a floor in April 2023. The photos show the scale of it: air movers set up in nearly every room, flooring pulled up down to the subfloor, and the bottom of the walls opened where water had wicked in.
The crew checked the air and the materials with meters as they worked, and the later photos show rooms with equipment running along every wall and the carpet and pad removed. A utility area with a water heater and storage was included in the drying too.
When this much of a home is wet, the drying plan matters. Equipment has to move air across every wet surface while dehumidifiers pull the moisture out of the room, and readings decide when it's done, not the calendar. This customer found CCS through Google.
