What happened in Green Bay

This Green Bay property had water spread across a lower level office area in March 2022. The owner found CCS on Google and approved the work.

The space has wood paneling, a parquet floor in one room and carpet in the office with the desks. The crew moved the desks, chairs and boxes, cleaned up the water and put dehumidifiers to work in each room. The photos show the wet parquet near the doorway and the carpet in the office before it dried.

Parquet is made of small wood pieces glued down, and it reacts fast to water. The pieces swell and lift at the edges. Drying it quickly with dehumidifiers gives it the best chance to flatten back out.
