What happened in Flintville
This Flintville area home in Suamico had water get into a finished lower level in April 2022. The homeowner found CCS on Google.
The lower level is a big open room with a drop ceiling, carpet and an office area. The crew checked the carpet and the walls with a moisture meter, pulled the carpet back along the edges where the concrete was wet and laid plastic to protect the dry areas and keep the drying contained.
The last photos are the temperature and humidity readings on the drying log. Readings like these are taken each visit so the crew can show the room is back to normal before the equipment comes out, which also helps when an insurance adjuster asks for documentation.
