What happened in Bay Highlands
This Green Bay job, in the Bay Highlands neighborhood, started as a water emergency on April 18, 2026 and moved into build-back after the basement was dried. The crew logged 321 photos over the life of the job, and the ones shown here are from October 5.
They show the rebuild of the lower walls. New drywall was hung along the bottom of the walls where the damaged section had been cut out, and the seams were taped and finished with joint compound feathered out into the existing wall. The work runs around the main room and its corners, past the utility area by the water heater, and up to the stairway.
Once the compound is sanded and the walls are painted, the patch line disappears.
