What happened in Olde North
This water emergency in Green Bay's Olde North neighborhood was opened on October 7, 2026. The crew logged 143 photos, and the ones here are from October 12.
The damage was in a bathroom floor. In the bathroom, the tile and underlayment had been opened near the toilet and along the wall, showing stained and deteriorated wood, and air movers were set right in the room. From below, the crew took moisture readings on the subfloor boards and the joists under the bathroom, where the wood is dark with water staining and breaking down in spots.
Checking the framing from underneath shows how far the water spread beyond what is visible from the bathroom side.
