What happened in Olde Preble
This Olde Preble home in Green Bay had water across the basement floor in August 2022. The homeowner found CCS on Google and approved the work.
The crew pulled up the flooring, which left the old adhesive and stains on the concrete, and set up a dehumidifier and air movers in the bedroom and the rooms around it. Furniture and the mattress were moved off the wet floor. A wet vac line handled the last of the standing water.
The last photos are the part most people never see: temperature and humidity readings written onto the drying log each visit. Those numbers tell us when the air is dry enough and the floor has come back to normal, so the equipment comes out at the right time and not before.
