What happened in Appleton
This Appleton basement was a water emergency, and the crew handled the cleanup on August 21, 2026, the day the job was opened, documenting it with 15 photos.
The concrete had dark residue and staining spread out from the floor drain, around the water heater, the laundry area and the storage. The crew scraped the residue off the floor, scrubbed the concrete with brushes, pushed the water to the drain with a squeegee, and then fogged the basement with an antimicrobial treatment to reach the surfaces and the air.
The later photos show the floor cleaned and the space being fogged.
