What happened in Bluemound Heights
CCS answered this water emergency in the Bluemound Heights area of Appleton. The project was opened on July 18, 2024, and has 87 photos. The set here is from July 29.
The water was in an open kitchen and dining area with white cabinets, a center island and dark wood-look plank flooring. Along one wall an appliance had been pulled out, leaving a bare wall with outlets and a water supply box. The flooring in front of it had been cut out, exposing the OSB subfloor underneath, and the base of the wall was opened.
The rest of the photos walk the kitchen and dining room from several angles so the condition of the flooring, the cabinets and the island is on record. Water from a kitchen supply line tends to spread under plank flooring before it shows on top, so the floor is opened where it started and checked across the room.
