What happened in Papermill Estates
This Kimberly job, in the Papermill Estates neighborhood, was approved for mold remediation. The crew documented it with 18 photos on March 19, 2026.
The mold was in a narrow space in the basement with painted concrete block walls and the stair framing overhead. Dark growth covered the corners and the lower half of the block, and it climbed the walls where the corners meet. The photos show a crew member treating the walls with a pump sprayer, along with the underside of the wood framing above.
Concrete block pulls moisture in from the ground, and a closed-off space like this one gets very little air movement to dry it out.
