What happened in Papermill Estates
This Kimberly basement, in the Papermill Estates neighborhood, was approved for mold remediation, and the crew documented the work with 29 photos on July 20, 2026.
The basement has painted block walls, an old checkered tile floor in one room and open floor joists overhead. In the finished room the paneling had been taken off, leaving the furring strips and the block wall behind them, which showed dark staining. A crew member worked through the space with a spray wand, treating the block walls, the furring, the joists and subfloor, and the corners of the ceiling.
The unfinished side of the basement and the stairway were part of the same visit.
