What happened in Colburn
CCS handled this mold remediation job in the Colburn area of Green Bay on February 15, 2024, and took 18 photos that day.
The house was empty, with bare rooms, wood floors and older wood doors and trim. The crew photographed the doors and door frames, where some of the wood showed spotting, and then worked through the house with an electric fogger fed from a blue tank.
Each room got the same treatment: the fogger was aimed into the corners where the walls meet the floor and the ceiling, along the walls, and into the hallway with its tile floor. In the rooms being painted, drop cloths and paint cans were already on the floor. Fogging an empty house is efficient, since the mist can reach every surface with no furniture or belongings in the way.
