What happened in Green Bay
CCS opened this mold remediation job in Green Bay on October 15, 2025, and documented it with 80 photos. The photos here are from October 20 and 24.
The work was on a finished lower level with a family room, a stairway and a hallway. On October 20 the wood-look flooring was partly up, with the subfloor showing in a wide strip, and a cluster of blue air movers sat in the middle of the room.
By October 24 the flooring was off through the area and the lower drywall had been cut away, exposing the studs and the fiberglass insulation. A moisture meter was set on the subfloor and along the base of the walls, and a thermo-hygrometer recorded the room air. The crew swept up as they went, and the photos follow the cut walls past the stairs and down the hall. Getting the flooring and lower walls out lets the framing dry so the mold work can be finished.
