What happened in Fort Howard
CCS opened this commercial mold remediation job in the Fort Howard area of Green Bay on November 10, 2025. It is a large job with 216 photos, and the set here is from December 23 and January 8.
In December the crew took air samples around the building. Sampling pumps on tripods were set in a stair hall with a red tile floor and in an office, with an outdoor sample as the baseline.
In January the photos focus on the wall-mounted heater units along the outer walls. With the front covers off, the photos show the blower and coil inside one unit, and the textured wall coating around the units cracked, lifted and pulling away at the bottom edge. A gloved hand points out a gap between a unit and the wall. Heater cabinets set into outside walls can collect condensation, and the wall around them is a common spot for mold and damage in older commercial buildings.
