What happened in Green Bay
This Green Bay basement was approved for mold remediation in early February 2026, and the crew documented it with 31 photos on February 4.
The basement has a tiled bathroom and a carpeted room with a window well. The first shots show the bathroom floor and the base of its walls. The rest show where the finished walls were opened up. With the drywall off, the studs and bottom plates are exposed, and the foundation wall behind them has dark staining along its lower section.
Mold behind a finished basement wall usually goes unnoticed until someone opens the wall, which is why the crew removes the drywall down to the framing before cleaning.
Work performed
