What happened in Fremont
This Fremont job was approved for mold remediation on a building that was still under construction. The crew documented it with 12 photos taken on October 16 and October 29, 2026.
The structure was framed and sheathed but not yet finished inside, with the roof trusses and the underside of the roof sheathing open overhead and the walls in bare studs and sheathing. The crew set up rolling scaffolding inside to reach the roof deck and worked across it from one end to the other. A stack of lumber sits outside the building.
Framing lumber that gets wet during construction can grow mold before the walls and ceilings are covered, and treating it while it is still exposed is far easier than after drywall goes up.
Work performed
- Rolling scaffolding set up inside the building
- Treatment of the roof sheathing and trusses
