What happened in Green Bay
CCS answered this water emergency in Green Bay on May 9, 2024, and documented it with 70 photos, all from the first day.
The water was on a lower level with a large-format tile floor, painted walls, white doors and a carpeted stairway, plus an unfinished storage area under the stairs. A crew member worked along every wall with a moisture meter, setting it on the floor at the baseboard, at the bottom of the door casings, on the bottom step of the stairs and against the drywall in the storage area, where a wall had been opened to the framing.
A rubber mat and rug were photographed where they had been sitting on the wet floor, and air movers were set out in the room. Readings taken on the first day give the starting point for drying and show how far the water traveled under the trim and into the walls.
