What happened in Brighton Beach
This Menasha basement, in the Brighton Beach neighborhood, was a water emergency opened in early April 2026. The crew logged 85 photos, and the ones shown here are from April 17.
The finished basement had its floor covering stripped to the concrete, leaving adhesive residue behind, and the lower section of the walls was opened up. One wall panel that came off shows heavy staining on its back side. Air movers are spread across the rooms with cords running between them, and the crew is shown taking pin meter readings in the wood framing to check the drying.
