What happened in Kiel
This Kiel job was a water emergency followed by build-back, opened at the end of January 2026. The crew documented it with 234 photos, and the ones here are from February 5.
The water reached rooms on the upper floor. In the first shots a crew member takes moisture readings on the exposed board sheathing and framing overhead. The carpet has been pulled from the bedrooms down to the wood subfloor, and the baseboards are off.
In one room the walls and ceiling were opened all the way to the studs and joists so the framing could dry out before the build-back.
