What happened in Howard
This Howard home needed more than drying. A water problem had led to mold, so CCS handled the cleanup and then rebuilt the affected rooms so the family got their space back finished, not just dry.
The photos from November 2023 show the result: new paint and trim in a bedroom and its closet, a reach-in closet with fresh shelving, new carpet and plank flooring, and a pantry and kitchen area with the doors, trim and shelving back in place. The light fixtures, outlets and baseboards were all reset as part of the build-back.
Using one company from the first call to the last coat of paint keeps the job simple. There's one schedule, one point of contact and one set of photos for the insurance file, instead of a restoration company handing off to a separate contractor halfway through.
