What happened in Kennedy Park
CCS opened this water damage job in the Kennedy Park area of Green Bay on July 21, 2025. It ran for about a year and has 224 photos. The photos here start in November 2025 and end with the finished rooms in July 2026.
The early photos show the floors torn out. In the laundry area, under the bathroom vanity and in the kitchen corner, the floor covering was off and the subfloor underneath was stained dark. At one door frame the bottom of the drywall was stained where water had wicked up.
By July 8, 2026 the house was finished. New gray wood-look plank flooring runs through the bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen, with dark baseboards. The bathroom has a new marble-look tile floor and a white vanity. A long job like this usually means the water reached several rooms and each one had to be dried, opened up and rebuilt.
