What happened in Green Bay

The water spread through a finished lower level with tile floors, carpeted rooms, a bathroom, an office and a family room. By April 9 the carpet was out of the carpeted rooms and the drywall had been cut along the bottom of the walls throughout. Behind the cuts, the pink foam insulation against the foundation is exposed so the wall cavities can dry.

The cut line runs at one height through the hallways, the bathroom and every room the water reached, which makes for a cleaner patch when new drywall goes in.
