CCS inspected this home near Townsend on September 23, 2025, as a free mold assessment, and documented it with 31 photos. The owner received a written estimate for remediation.
The crew found mold in several places. Behind an opened section of wall or floor, the pink insulation was matted and dark. A painted wall had heavy black growth running along its lower edge, where a moisture meter was set against it. The ceiling in one room was stained in wide patches around a wood beam.
Under the kitchen and bathroom sinks, the photos show the drain lines, the cabinet floors and the wall behind them. A thermo-hygrometer reading recorded the humidity in the house, and a storage area with a concrete floor was checked as well. When mold shows up on walls, ceilings and inside sink cabinets at once, high indoor humidity is often a big part of the cause, along with any leaks.
