What happened in Marinette
This Marinette basement, from April 2023, was an open, unfinished space with concrete block walls and a poured floor. Moisture had left wet staining on the concrete, especially near the plumbing and along the walls.
The photos show the basement before work, then the crew treating the floor and walls with an antimicrobial spray. Fans and dehumidifiers were set up across the space to dry the concrete and keep humidity down while the treatment did its job. The last photos show the basement with the equipment running.
Even an unfinished basement can push musty air up into the house. Treating the surfaces and getting the humidity under control makes the whole home feel and smell better. The assessment for this job was free.
