What happened in Green Bay
This Green Bay bathroom was approved for mold remediation in June 2026. The crew documented it with 13 photos taken on June 24 and July 7.
The first visit shows the bathroom as it was: tan painted walls, a vanity, a toilet and a tile floor, with a cracked and bulging section of wall that a crew member points out, and a hole already broken through the drywall beside the vanity. Where the ceiling was opened, the framing above showed heavy dark mold growth.
By July 7 the bathroom had been taken down to the studs on every wall, with the plumbing exposed and the tile floor left in place.
Work performed
- Inspection of the bathroom walls and ceiling
- Ceiling opened to the framing
- Bathroom walls removed down to the studs
- Mold remediation of the exposed framing
