What happened in Green Bay
This Green Bay job was approved for mold remediation in early June 2026. The crew logged 169 photos, and the ones here are from June 19.
The lower level is a large open space with a suspended ceiling, paneled and block walls and a concrete floor. By this point the affected materials had been taken out. The floor was down to bare concrete, ceiling tiles had been removed in sections to open up the grid, and the lower part of the paneled walls was cut away to expose the studs. The carpeted stairway and the back storage areas, with block walls and open ductwork, are included in the photo set.
A thermo-hygrometer reading near the stairs records the conditions in the space at the time.
