What happened in Green Bay
CCS opened this mold remediation job in Green Bay on June 12, 2025, and took 30 photos. The set here is from July 17.
The work was in an attached garage. The lower few feet of drywall had been removed along the garage walls, exposing the studs and the back of the OSB exterior sheathing, which carried dark spots and stains near the slab. A crew member treated the sheathing, the studs and the bottom plates bay by bay with a pump sprayer and wand.
Inside, a corner where two walls meet the ceiling had dark mold growth spreading along the seams, and a gloved crew member treated it with a spray bottle. The following photo shows the same corner clean. The last garage photo shows the full run of open wall after treatment. Garage walls take the brunt of snow melt and road water, and the bottom of the sheathing is usually where the damage starts.
