What happened in Green Bay
This Green Bay bathroom, near Baird Creek, had mold behind the shower wall. The photos from early 2023 show the damaged wall around the shower valve where the problem was found, and then the finished room after CCS removed the mold and repaired it.
The after photos show new paint on the walls and ceiling, the shower enclosure and fixtures back in place, the vent fan, the vanity lights and the towel bars reinstalled, and the trim around the door and window. The work covered both the remediation and the rebuild, so the homeowner didn't need a second contractor.
Bathrooms grow mold behind walls when a shower valve leaks slowly or the vent fan isn't moving enough air. Fixing the source is part of the job, and a properly vented fan that runs for 20 minutes after a shower keeps it from coming back.
