What happened in Tank Park
CCS handled this attic mold job in the Tank Park area of Green Bay. The project was opened on April 17, 2025, and all 37 photos were taken that day.
Access was through a ceiling hatch into an attic with board roof sheathing and blown-in insulation across the floor. A crew member in a full protective suit and gloves worked under the low part of the roof near an exhaust fan duct, where the boards were darkest.
The rest of the photos walk the length of the attic bay by bay. The underside of the roof boards is stained dark across many of the rafter spaces, with the worst of it near the eaves. Attic mold like this usually comes from warm, damp air rising out of the house and condensing on cold roof boards in winter, often helped along by a bath fan that vents into the attic or a duct that leaks.
