What happened in Green Bay
This Green Bay job came in after another company didn't finish the work and the homeowner was running out of time. Mike Wotruba from CCS fit it into the schedule, showed up on the day he promised and got it done.
The photos from October 2022 show two areas. In the attic, the roof boards had dark mold along the slope, and the crew treated the sheathing and rafters. Inside, a bathroom floor had been opened up, with the subfloor cut out around the toilet flange and drain lines, showing the water damage and growth underneath.
Mold under a bathroom floor usually comes from a slow leak at the toilet or tub that goes unnoticed for months. Opening the floor, treating the framing and drying it before the new subfloor goes in is the only way to know it's handled.
