What happened in Wilder Park
CCS handled this mold job in the Wilder Park area of Green Bay. The project was opened on July 18, 2024, and the 11 photos were taken that day.
The visit started with air sampling. Pumps on tripods collected samples in a front room, in the kitchen next to the range, and in the basement workshop area, with another sample outside as the baseline for the lab to compare against.
The crew then looked closely at a sliding patio door. Along the bottom track and up the side of the frame, the weatherstripping and the corners of the frame were covered in black growth, and the floor in front of the door was photographed along with the heat register nearby. Patio door tracks collect water from rain and condensation, and if the weep holes are blocked it sits in the track long enough for mold to grow.
