What happened in Green Bay
This Green Bay job was a water emergency in a commercial kitchen, opened on August 14, 2026. The crew logged 122 photos, and the ones here are from September 2.
The kitchen has a quarry tile floor, stainless prep tables and sinks, and FRP panels over the walls. Along the base of the walls, where the panels meet the floor tile, the board behind the panels had softened and broken down. The crew probed the wall base with a screwdriver to see how far the damage went and photographed each section, including around the drain lines and the door frames.
Commercial kitchen floors get washed down often, so water at the wall base can do damage for a long time before anyone sees it.
