What happened in Cecil
This Cecil job was a water emergency in a crawl space, opened at the end of February 2026. The crew logged 96 photos, and the ones here are from March 17.
The crawl space has a sand floor, floor joists and plumbing lines overhead, and wood sill plates along the foundation. The crew photographed the length of the space, then took moisture readings on the wood framing with a pin meter to check how far it had dried. An air mover sits near the framing in one of the last shots.
Crawl spaces are hard to reach and easy to forget, so wet framing down there can stay wet unless someone crawls in and measures it.
