What happened in Wrightstown
CCS opened this mold remediation job in Wrightstown on May 12, 2025, and took 12 photos that day.
The space is a lower-level room with a painted concrete floor, wood paneling on part of the walls, and built-in benches topped with blue carpet running along the walls. A crew member used a long pointer to mark the problem areas: the floor along the base of the benches, the corners, and spots where the wall meets the floor near an outlet.
Readings were taken three ways. A thermo-hygrometer recorded the humidity in the room, and a pin moisture meter was pressed into the wood paneling and onto the floor. Built-in benches and paneling against a lower-level wall can trap damp air behind them, so these are the places a mold inspection checks first.
