What happened in Green Bay
This Green Bay job started with a leak in a bathroom that let water get into the basement below. By the time CCS was called in February 2023, mold had started along the lower part of the block walls.
The photos show the basement walls with their steel support braces, the staining and growth along the bottom of the concrete block, and a wet section of floor near the utility area. The crew removed the growth, treated the walls and floor, and checked the area with a moisture meter to confirm it was drying out.
The customer's review mentions that the assessment was free and the crew did good work. A plumbing leak above a basement often goes unnoticed until the smell shows up, so it's worth checking under bathrooms if your basement starts to smell musty.
