What happened in Green Bay
CCS opened this mold remediation job in Green Bay on October 6, 2025, and took 24 photos on October 15.
Part of the basement was unfinished, with wood stud walls in front of the foundation and its fiber insulation. A crew member treated the framing with a spray wand, working along the studs, the plates and the corners near the mechanical room.
The finished side of the basement has light carpet and white baseboards. Here the crew pulled the carpet back from the corners to look at the green pad and the tack strip underneath, and treated along the base of the walls. The rest of the photos show each room corner to corner after the carpet was laid back down. Checking under the carpet at the corners is a quick way to see whether moisture or mold has reached the floor before deciding how much has to come up.
