What happened in Appleton
This Appleton job was approved for mold remediation in a commercial space at the end of August 2026. The crew logged 39 photos, and the ones here are from October 26.
The office has a suspended ceiling, and the flooring had been removed down to the subfloor. Along the walls the lower wallboard was cut out, and a section of wall beside the exterior brick was opened from floor to ceiling, exposing the inside face of the brick and the framing. A crew member treated the open walls and the subfloor with a spray wand.
The crew also photographed the low-slope roof and the brick parapet above this part of the building.
