What happened in Olde Norwood
This Green Bay job came from a home sale. The inspection turned up dark staining on the attic roof boards, and CCS was brought in to handle it before closing.
The photos from November 2023 show the attic first: rafters and roof sheathing with the gray and black staining that comes from moisture building up under the roof, plus a bathroom vent line running through the space. The crew then treated the sheathing and framing with an antimicrobial spray. A few photos at the end show the finished rooms below.
Attic staining like this usually traces back to warm, damp air getting into the attic, from a bath fan that isn't vented outside or from poor roof ventilation. Treating the wood handles what's there, and fixing the airflow keeps it from coming back. Realtors use CCS for this because one company can handle the whole repair list.
