The kitchen has cherry-finish cabinets, dark countertops, a gas range and an over-the-range microwave. Along the counters the backsplash had come off, leaving the wall behind it torn down to the brown drywall paper and patches of old adhesive, from the sink window to the range. In one corner the upper cabinets were out, showing the painted wall and the open space where they had hung.

The crew photographed the kitchen from the doorway and each run of counter up close, along with the bathroom sink and faucet. Detailed photos of the wall, the cabinets and the counters let the estimate cover the wall repair, the new backsplash and resetting the cabinets.
