What happened in Allouez
This Allouez basement was a water emergency opened on June 25, 2026. The crew logged 110 photos, and the ones here are from June 27.
The finished family room has gray walls and a concrete floor that had been stripped of its carpet. The drywall was cut low along the base of every wall, exposing the bottom plates and lower studs so they could dry. The crew took readings with a thermo-hygrometer and a pin meter, and one photo shows the equipment and tools staged in a corner.
The unfinished side of the basement and the stairway were part of the work, and the last shots show a crew member treating that area with a pump sprayer.
