What happened in Woodland Park
CCS inspected this basement in the Woodland Park area of Oshkosh on August 14, 2025, as a free mold assessment, and documented it with 43 photos. The owner received a written estimate for remediation.
The basement had already been stripped. The wall coverings were off, leaving wood stud walls standing in front of the painted block foundation, and the floor covering was up, leaving the concrete patched with dark adhesive and residue. A crew member used a pointer to mark dark growth on the block in the corners and along the base of the walls, and on the concrete where the wall meets the floor.
The photos then walk the whole basement, through each framed room, past the utility area and up to the carpeted stairs. A basement that is already open to the block and the slab is the easiest time to see exactly where mold is growing and plan the cleanup before anything is rebuilt.
