What happened in Bellevue
CCS opened this basement mold job in Bellevue on September 15, 2025, and has 21 photos from two visits.
On September 23 the basement walls had been stripped back to the framing and the white foam insulation on the foundation. Contents were wrapped in plastic in the middle of the room, and a shop vacuum stood on the bare wood subfloor. The crew fogged the space with a blue fogger and treated the framing, the old wood paneling and the stained tile floor along the walls with a spray wand.
A second set of photos from October 27, 2026 shows a follow-up treatment in a storage area off the basement, with the spray wand worked along the paneled walls, the framing and the floor. Basements that were finished decades ago often have paneling and framing right against the foundation, and those are the surfaces that need the treatment.
