What happened in New London
CCS handled this fire job at a commercial kitchen and bar in New London. The crew opened the project on January 10, 2025, and took 61 photos that same day.
One photo shows a gloved hand wiping dark residue off a stainless steel surface. The rest walk through the space: stainless prep tables, a fryer station, a flat-top grill under the exhaust hood, the hood itself, a three-compartment sink and hand sink, and the back bar with its glass-door coolers and shelving.
In a kitchen, smoke and grease residue settle on every flat stainless surface, the hood and the shelving, and all of it has to be wiped down before food service can start again. Commercial kitchens have a lot of these surfaces, so a cleaning like this means working through the room one station at a time.
